1. Returns
On most domestic and international orders, you may return item(s) purchased on PELICANOUTDOOR.com for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment for a refund. Items purchased on PELICANOUTDOOR.com must be returned in a saleable condition – in other words, unused, in the original packaging, and undamaged.
Please allow 5 business days from when the item is received for your return to be processed, and an additional 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Your return will be considered timely if it is postmarked within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. The date of shipment is the day your item was shipped to you in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable & customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If you were sent the wrong item, our experienced customer support team will ensure you get the right item. Please SUBMIT A REQUEST and we will be happy to get this corrected for you!

International Orders
We ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. You may return item(s) for a refund within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. Please SUBMIT A REQUEST to customer service for a return authorization. Return shipping on international orders is paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Returned items are processed as refunds. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed, and an additional 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

2. Refunds
Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Case-Mate, Inc. offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, no questions asked, on any product purchased through PelicanOutdoor.com and returned within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Your refund will be processed to the payment method you used to place your order originally.

How long will it take me to receive my warranty replacement?
Once your claim has been approved and we have finalized your replacement order, the delivery time with standard shipping for domestic orders is 5 to 7 days.
International orders may take 10 to 12 days to deliver once processed.
I returned an item. When will I receive my refund?
All returns are processed within a few business days of receipt of the returned product by Case-Mate, Inc. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. We recommend allowing up to 5 business days from when the item is received for the refund to your reflect on your account. Processing time may vary depending on the financial institution.
