If for any reason the item you are asking to return is ineligible and you feel this is an error, please SUBMIT A REQUEST HERE. Certain items and order types may trigger this and we are happy to assist if needed!

If you need to replace an item due to a defect or damage, view our WARRANTY POLICY to determine if you are eligible for a replacement.

Products sold on AMAZON.COM and sold by "Amazon" or Case-Mate as the seller qualify for Case-Mate's limited warranty. When purchasing from AMAZON.COM, the only authorized sellers are Case-Mate (sold by Case-Mate and fulfilled by Amazon) or “Amazon” (shipped and sold by Amazon), or “Amazon” (Sold and fulfilled by Case-Mate).  For all other marketplace sites (other than AMAZON.COM) only Case-Mate, Inc. is the authorized seller. 

Products sold on eBay and sold by Case-Mate as the seller qualify for Case-Mate's limited warranty. 

Third-party sellers selling Pelican Outdoor products on AMAZON.COM, eBay, or any other marketplace websites will not come with the Case-Mate warranty, as the quality of the products cannot be validated outside of the Case-Mate authorized seller network.

For all warranty claims, you may be required to provide a detailed invoice showing the product was purchased in new condition.

If your warranty is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to be able to send the product back to us at no cost to you!

Once your claim has been approved and we have finalized your replacement order, the delivery time with standard shipping for domestic orders is 5 to 7 days.

International orders may take 10 to 12 days once processed.

All returns are processed within a few business days once they are received at Pelican Outdoor. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. We recommend allowing up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Processing time may vary depending on the financial institution.

We accept all major credit or debit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard). You can also check out with PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

All orders that ship internationally may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival.

Please make sure you are logged into the Pelican Outdoor website before attempting your purchase. Please enter the code as you received it (no extra spaces or dashes). Only one code may be applied per order.

The majority of Pelican Outdoor Products offer a 3 Year Warranty when the product is purchased in new condition on the Pelican Outdoor website (PELICANOUTDOOR.COM), or from an authorized seller. Refer to your products specific item details and packaging for warranty terms as some items may have a different warranty time period.

We do our best to keep our products stocked and ready for purchase at all times, but we are not always able to predict shortages. Please be patient and we will email you as soon as stock hits our inventory so you can be the first to reach it!
